– What is the current stage of work on the anti-pandemic treaty? We also know that more documents are being worked on, about which the Polish public is not informed at all.
– The report of the 10th Meeting of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Team to Develop and Negotiate a Convention, Agreement or Other International Instrument on Pandemic Prevention, Response and Preparedness, held on July 16 and 17, 2024, in the so-called hybrid format, shows that in accordance with Decision WHA77(20) (2024), new team authorities were elected with Precious Matsoso of South Africa as co-chair and Ambassador Anne-Claire Amprou of France as interim co-chair. In addition, new vice presidents were elected and they are Smbasador Tovar da Silva Nunes of Brazil, Ambassador Amr Ramadan of Egypt, Dr. Viroj Tangcharoensathien of Thailand and Ms. Fleur Davies of Australia, who replaced Ambassador Honsei Kozo of Japan as of July 18.
The next round of negotiations is scheduled for September 9-20, and the next for November 4-15, and the goal of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body is to reach a consensus before the end of 2024. – WHO has the right to act and react on the territory of a member state only upon its request or application – the Polish Health Ministry says in its announcement. How much truth is there in this? After all, we hear that the document is moving in the direction that the WHO chairman or his regional deputies should have unlimited authority over each country?
– There has been a lot of misinformation regarding the negotiations on the proposed „Pandemic Agreement.” Rather, the document is about the financing and expansion of the pharmaceutical hospital industrial complex. I encourage people to read the document, especially Article 24, paragraph 2, according to which: „Nothing in the WHO Pandemic Agreement shall be construed as giving the WHO Secretariat, including the WHO Director-General, any authority to direct, order, amend or otherwise prescribe the application of national laws and/or local laws, where applicable, or policies of any Party, or to prescribe or otherwise impose any requirement that Parties take specific actions, such as banning or accommodating travelers, imposing vaccination mandates or therapeutic or diagnostic measures, or implementing blockades.
– What else should we fear from the WHO?
– No one should live in fear. In many ways, the WHO is a paper tiger. They rely on psychological manipulation and mind control (government) to force people to voluntarily comply with their „recommendations.” An amendment to Annex 1 of the International Health Regulations states that all nations must develop the basic capacity to engage in „preventive surveillance,” meaning that billions of dollars are to be spent looking for „pathogens with pandemic potential.” The „One Health” approach that is being negotiated under the proposed „Pandemic Agreement” focuses primarily on searching for „pathogens with pandemic potential” among domestic and wild animals. We must work to inform people that PCR „testing” is a scam perpetrated by local governments in an attempt to control the food supply.
In my article on substack, in this very context, I wrote that the fraudulent use of the PCR process to „diagnose” disease must be stopped immediately, that you always have the right to say NO, to defend your bodily autonomy bodily, and say NO to the fraudulent use of unreliable PCR tests.
For decades, public health policy around the world has been based on deception: the use of „chain action” in PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) tests, to create wildly inflated „numerous cases” that authorities can then use by citing supposed statistics, and based on them lock people up under the pretext of quarantine, force us to wear masks, and impose mandatory vaccinations. This, among other things, is what this global deception is all about, where a pseudo-sanitary dictatorship is introduced on the basis of certain tools.
Public health policies based on a meaningless number of positive PCR „tests” are not justified, because PCR „testing” can NOT determine whether someone is currently infected with a specific pathogen, or is currently capable of transmitting the pathogen to others, or whether any specific pathogen is the cause of any disease or symptoms. The fraudulent use of the RT-PCR process as a „diagnostic test” has clearly led to a large number of false positives that have greatly inflated the number of so-called asymptomatic COVID-19 cases.
Since PCR is not a test for infection or disease, all „positive” results can be seen as false positives. The entire testing process is fraudulent, a number of scientists pointed out quite early on. The alleged COVID-19 pandemic vividly demonstrated that PCR tests have been used to create fear in people, and the future may lead to more „plandemics” unless huge numbers of people stand up for their inalienable rights.
Even Anthony Fauci himself (former head of NIAID) stated: that PCR does not detect a virus capable of replication. It reveals the nucleic acid of the virus particles. In other words, I can be infected, clear a replication-capable virus, but I can still be PCR-positive for several days after recovery and not transmit it at all. But as he added further: the mere fact that the result is positive for a few days or even weeks later does not give any indication of whether you are infectious or not. The only way you can tell if you’re infectious is to show that there really is a live, replicating virus in there, and tests don’t measure that.
I think it’s worth citing some other statements by well-known and respected scientists at this point as well:
Deborah Birx (former coronavirus response coordinator at the White House) stated: These tests are not 100 percent sensitive or specific. If 1 percent of the population is infected, and the test is only 99 percent specific, that means that when you get a positive result, 50 percent of the time it’s a true positive, and 50 percent of the time it’s not.
Michael Yeadon, a former Pfizer board member, said: Even if there are respiratory viruses that cause acute illnesses such as the common cold and flu, and even if the PCR was done carefully, finding a partial sequence (of the viral genome – note) is still meaningless. This is because it does not say that you are sick, that you were sick or that you are infected. No part of this farce can even ensure that what the authorities claim corresponds to the truth. All „positive results” are false positives. Don’t get tested because by doing so you are validating one of the Big Club’s main control mechanisms.
Carl Heneghan, director of Oxford University’s Center for Evidence-Based Medicine asserts: A binary Yes/No approach to interpreting RT-PCR unvalidated by viral culture will result in false positives with the possible segregation of a large number of people who are no longer infectious and therefore not a public health threat.
– The Global Pact for the Future is supposed to bring a breakthrough – for global cooperation and solutions to common problems. Sounds innocent, but what is really behind this pact?
– One of the biggest changes proposed by Pact for the Future is currently unaddressed and very, very secret. Few people are aware of the proposed action listed as #42 on page 23 of the second revised version of the Pact for the Future document. The proposed change may involve a radical reform of the Security Council. Here is the latest version of the text:
[Action 42: Security Council Reform (Contributors’ Note)]: It is clear from the views of member states and stakeholders that Security Council reform remains a priority of the Future Summit, and we are committed to achieving an ambitious outcome in the Compact for the Future. – What can ordinary people do in the face of the tightening noose of global communism, pervasive control and planned depopulation? How can we resist these insane plans and obsessed killers?
– The first step is to have a clear understanding of what the „Pact for the Future,” the Global Digital Compact, the „Declaration on Future Generations,” the „Pandemic Agreement” and the „International Health Regulations” really are. The forces behind these efforts have made their plans clear and rely on turning people off. Before people take effective action, they need to be aware of the reason why they need to take action. Ignoring the publicly announced plans of the globalists cannot be an excuse.
– What would you like to convey to the Polish reader at the end of our conversation?
– You will be amazed at what you can achieve if you simply redirect your energy from fear to courage. Be courageous! Stand up and assert your rights!
